Kanye West Escapes Charges, Again
Just weeks before his new album '808s and A Heartbreak' is released, hip hop star Kanye West has seemed to be getting a lot of unwanted publicity.
On Monday morning, West was arrested on suspicion of assault in Newcastle, England. According to reports, West apparently got into a fist-fight with a paparazzi.
Police hav confirmed to E!News that a 31 year-old man (presumably West) was arrested and released, and that nothing further will happen. They did not formally say it was West, because ...
